There were mixed feelings among consumers in Randfontein after the Minister of Finance, Tito Mboweni, had delivered his 2019 Budget speech on Wednesday, 20 February.
The bad news was that consumers will have to fork out more for sin and sugar taxes and fuel. On the bright side, government will be allocating more funds towards education, entrepreneurship, health, and poverty relief.
