In light of the current heatwave conditions, Rand Water has urged people within its area of supply to use water wisely.
Justice Mohale, Media Relations Manager of Rand Water, issued a statement earlier this week saying, “The heatwave conditions being experienced in Gauteng, the North West and Mpumalanga provinces have already resulted in high demand, which is placing strain on our bulk water supply network. Water saving in periods such as these is critical, and individual efforts do make a difference.”
