• 3 November to 23 December: Janice Honeyman’s Snow White – The Fairest Panto in all the Land at Joburg Theatre

We have a kind, loveable heroine, a handsome, hunky prince, seven cute dwarfs, a magic mirror and of course the ultimate example of Evil – the wicked Queen Hildegonda. Janice Honeyman’s Snow White stars Desmond Dube in the comic role of Dame Dolla Diddledaddledoodledragon. John Robbie makes his pantomime debut in Snow White as The Major-Dumb-Ou of the Royal Palace of Cool Cornucopia. The ever-popular and hugely entertaining story of Snow White will be brought to life from page to stage in an enchanting production complete with stunning sets, beautiful costumes, breathtaking special effects and lots of comedy. • 3 November to 23 December: Disney’s Beauty & the Beast at Joburg Theatre

The tale tells the story of an Enchantress who turns a cruel, unfeeling Prince into a hideous Beast. To break the spell, the Beast must learn to love another and earn her love in return before the last petal falls from an enchanted rose. Ten years later, in a small village far below the Beast’s castle, a beautiful and intelligent young woman, Belle, yearns for something more than her provincial life. • 6 to 11 November: Circus coming to the West Rand

McLaren Circus will be heading to Krugersdorp (next to President Hyper) on the West Rand for six days. They are a family circus with local and international artists and beautiful performing animals that tours South Africa, spreading the magic of the Circus to all. • 9 to 11 November: The Johannesburg Tattoo Expo 2018

If you love ink, then this is for you! Get to Newtown, Johannesburg and enjoy a three-day Johannesburg Tattoo Expo and Lifestyle Festival. Experience studio exhibitions, live tattooing, a tattoo awards show, cosmetic tattooing, entertainment which includes live music, a skate park, freestyle Motor X show and lots more. • 10 November: Prime Circle’s Prime Fest in Muldersdrift

There doesn’t seem to be much that Prime Circle can’t do well! They’ve received countless awards; sold out local and internationals tours; and have a string of chart-topping hits and top selling albums! They have stood the test of time as one of South Africa’s biggest and best rock bands over the past 17 years. And now they’re launching their own music and lifestyle festival, Prime Fest in Muldersdrift. The festival, in association with Jacaranda FM, will feature a wide range of artists that the band have come to love sharing the stage with. The line-up will include some of SA’s top acts across a variety of genres – from rock to rap to dance in English, Zulu and Afrikaans. Riky Rick, Majozi, Jo Black, Mafikizolo, GoodLuck, Fokofpolisiekar, Timo ODV and Martin Bester and Band will join Prime Circle on stage. • 11 November: The Classic Car and Motor Show in Johannesburg

Get to the Nasrec Expo Centre in Johannesburg between 8am and 5pm for the Classic Car and Motor Show. This event is for the whole family where one will be treated to some four-wheeled classics including hot rods, muscle cars, vintage classics and even super cars. • 23 November: Schuster is terug op die grootskerm

Hou vas aan jou sitplek want die grapjas, Leon Schuster, is terug met ’n splinternuwe goedvoel-komedie, met skreeusnaakse insidente en ’n inspirerende storielyn, wat kykers van begin tot einde vasgenael sal hou. In ware Schuster-tradisie volg Frank & Fearless die wenresep van pittige komedie en humoristiese sosiale kommentaar waarvoor Leon se vorige werk, soos There’s a Zulu on my Stoep en Mr Bones, bekendheid verwerf het. Saam met medeskrywer en regisseur, Gray Hofmeyr, voer hy dit verder deur ’n baie relevante en kontroversiële storielyn in te werk, met ’n diep emosionele impak, wat dit kop-en-skouers laat uitstaan bo enige van dié ikoniese filmmaker se vorige werk. Die film word plaaslik versprei en ook landswyd uitgereik.
