A 69-year-old woman was robbed at gunpoint by five armed suspects at her business place in Greenhills, on Friday, 26 October.
Police said the business robbery occurred after an unknown woman arrived at the victim’s business premises with an unknown man.
Upon their arrival, police said, the man pointed a gun at the victim, while four more men entered the premises.
“They took an undisclosed amount of money out of the till and fled in a white Toyota Corolla with an unknown registration number. No shots were fired and no injuries were sustained,” Constable Carmen Hendricks, Randfontein Police spokesperson said.
