For this week’s #WisdomWednesday, the Herald spoke to Anette Gouws, Manager of the Renal Unit at Life Robinson Private Hospital about Kidney Awareness Week (2 to 8 September).
Annette explained the symptoms of kidney disease and the various factors that could contribute to it.
She also told the Herald about the function of our kidneys.
