The City of Johannesburg firemen have been working around clock since this morning following the breakout of fires in different parts of the city such as the city centre, where three firefighters were reported dead while battling a fierce inferno, and another factory fire in Kysands.

Collection points for the refreshments have made been available at different locations for the needed items that also include energy bars, disposable cups and eye gels (chocolates).
Those keen are advised to drop-off their donations at Florida Fire Station at the back parking on the corner of Ontdekkers Road and Golf Club Terrace or the Fairland Police Station.
These venues were chosen so that the residents stay away from the scene, as a conjestion is expected.
