• Describe your day-to-day role?

• How do you strive for the elusive work-life balance?

By understanding that being truly efficient at work is a result of having a balanced wheel of life comprising of various aspects such as family life, social life, religion, career and financial well-being. I have a sound support structure that compliments all aspects of my life.

Dealing with my own and others’ imperfections was and remains one of my greatest challenges

About Ilze …

In that moment I learned that life is about what you can contribute to someone else’s life and that it is not about yourself.

• Will you share your life philosophy? How did you develop your philosophy? Where does it come from?

The answer’s simple:

Live right, speak the truth, despise exploitation, refuse bribes, reject violence, and avoid evil amusements. This is how you raise your standard of living!

A safe and stable way to live. A nourishing, satisfying way to live.
