Jafta Monthato, a resident who lives near where the body was found, said the open field is unsafe for people, especially those who need to get taxis in the morning.

Jafta Monthato said the open field is a danger to those who go to catch taxis in the morning.

“This is the third incident we’ve seen. The first incident was in December last year, the second was this year in February and now this one. The main problem is that when people go to work in the morning, they have to walk long distances to get taxis and need to walk through this place. Many women have also been robbed while walking here,” he said.
