Two wanted for house robbery in Helikonpark

Two identikits of suspects released for allegedly being involved in a house robbery in Aasvoël Street, Helikonpark last year.

Randfontein Police have released identikits of the two suspects allegedly involved in a house robbery in Aasvoël Street, Helikonpark on Tuesday, 5 June last year.

The first suspect is a coffee-coloured man between the ages of 20 and 25. He is slender and approximately 1,68 metres tall. He has short black hair. He spoke English throughout the incident.He was dressed in a red shirt with denim trousers.

“He was aggressive and assaulted the complainant,” said Captain Appel Ernst, Randfontein Police spokesperson.

The second suspect is a lighter-skinned man, aged approximated 27 with a slender build. He is approximately 1,65 metres tall and has short black hair. He was wearing chinos and a black or blue shirt at the time of the incident.

The police are calling on the community to assist them with information that could lead to the arrest of the suspects. Any person with information is requested to contact Warrant Officer Michael Bester of the Trio Task Team on 079 4966288.
