10 signs that you need a major life change

You see other people as all having a happy and great life, and you want the same, but do not know how to get there.

So you are settled, married or single, have your home, your children, a career … but you feel that something is missing.

The saying, “A change is as good as a holiday”, gets used often, but sometimes you need to address your life, lifestyle and even your dreams. Here are some of the signs indicating that you actually need to change some or other aspect of your life …

You find yourself drifting off into a better way of being. You think of good times in the past, to escape the present. What you say does not correspond with your actions. You sense you are settling and that this is all there is to your life.

You feel discontented with the world and your life. Your relationships with your wife or husband, relatives, family and friends feel false. You start lying to yourself and other people in your life to avoid the truth and your reality.

You feel like you just exist and barely survive every day.You avoid opportunities because you are afraid of what people will say, and you are scared of the unknown.

You see other people as all having a happy and great life, and you want the same, but do not know how to get there.

If this reminds you of yourself, take a positive look at what you can change. Work on your dreams, change careers if you are unhappy in your job, be yourself, laugh more and be spontaneous. Remember, you have one life, make your changes and do what you need to be happy!
