A warrant of arrest has been issued for a Zimbabwean national, one Prosper (no surname), who is on the run.
According to Captain Appel Ernst, Randfontein Police spokesperson, “A 35-year-old man was in a physical fight with another man at about 5.30pm on Sunday, 11 February. The victim allegedly sustained a head injury as a result of the assault and fell to the ground. Later, the victim went to sleep, but he did not wake up on the morning of 12 February.

While a family friend identified the victim as Seuntjie Smous, police say his surname is Donsa.
“Warrant Officer Rupert van Zyl, the investigating officer would appreciate any information regarding the whereabouts of Prosper. Van Zyl can be reached on 082 322 1974,” Ernst added.
