Police raid three schools

"This was conducted as there is a high rate use of drugs in schools." says Warrant Officer Raymond Sibanjane.

Members of the Westonaria Police, K9 Unit, West Rand District Municipality, West Rand Health Department and Community Safety yesterday, 13 February, conducted a drug raid at Westonaria High School.

“The reason for the operation is the high rate of drug use in schools,” said Warrant Officer Raymond Sebonyane, Westonaria Police spokesperson.
