It’s time to get off that oh-so-comfy couch and get moving! Hunt for your takkies and gym gear, grab a friend or two to join in on the fun (or as moral support) and make your way to the Adventure Boot Camp. This is a four-week outdoor fitness programme for women, which will make you break a sweat and drop those festive kilos in no time. The first boot camp of 2018 started on 8 January.
