Appeal to find dead man’s family

The deceased was allegedly only known as “Spikiri” – Warrant Officer Raymond Sebonyane.

The Westonaria Police need the help of the public to locate the next of kin of a man who was found dead at the Westonaria dump site on 29 July.

The deceased was allegedly only known as “Spikiri” and was originally from Sebokeng. He was a scrap collecter and lived at the dump site. He is estimated to have been between the ages of 40 and 50, was tall and slender with black hair and was apparently Sotho-speaking

Warrant Officer Raymond Sebonyane, spokesperson for the Westonaria Police, said, ” The man had a scar on the bridge of his nose and a gap in his front teeth. His body is currently being held at the Carletonville Government Mortuary.”
