A sad life turned into a joyous journey

She is passionate about life and helping people to take their lives from zero to hero through life coaching.

On 9 December, Sonia Vorster will host a volunteering coaching session for women from 10am to 12pm at the corner of Lombard en Trichardt Roads.

“Path that Fits is an amazing and awesome journey, and is for anyone who would like to make small and big changes in the right direction in their lives that will give them joy on their journey to greatness and success,” Sonia said.

Sonia is a mom, wife, inspirational speaker, life-style coach, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) practitioner, a friend to many, and co-pastor at Restoration Worship Centre alongside her husband Johnny Vorster. She is the founder of the Restoration Worship Centre Valuable Women’s Ministry.

She is passionate about life and helping people to take their lives from zero to hero through life coaching.

Sonia is employed at the University of Johannesburg and does coaching part-time on weekends, and Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

Sonia was abandoned by both her parents. “I could have decided to blame them, my background or the traumatic attack I had suffered during my childhood. I could have given up on life. But NO, I decided to take responsibility to fix my life and take ownership of it. I had to find what works for me and what doesn’t.

“I wanted to find out what makes successful people happy and how I could make that happen to me. I completed my life-coaching and NLP qualification at Mental Combat under the leadership of CEO Deon Groenewald.

“Growing up I always knew I had something inside me that needed to come out, but never knew how and when. As my faith in God grew, it became stronger and greater,” she said.

“Therefore I sought God, wanting to hear His voice to find my purpose and assignment on earth,” the phenomenal woman said.
