Edwin Abrams, District Manager emphasised that the exercise was part of driving the message of responsible drinking and corporate social investment.

“This is our first interaction with the old age home and it will not be the last one on the West Rand and Rand West,” said Edwin.

Sam Matlala, Edwin and Madia Mangena took it upon themselves to dish up and serve wors and other meat with pap, as well as cold drinks to the delighted senior citizens. Thembi Mashinini, one of the women in the sales crew was hands-on in both the painting and paving the entrance of the old age home.

Their kind deeds are appreciated by many.
