A horrific head-on crash has claimed four lives on the R41 past the Randfontein Oval Track on Saturday night.
Another person is said to have been transported to hospital.
According to a Denver Ramnarian, QRS spokesperson, “On arrival, paramedics tried to initiate care, but the people were trapped and succumbed to their injuries before emergency services could extricate them from their vehicles.”
