Two trucks collide head-on, both drivers injured
Two trucks collided on the R28 earlier this morning leaving both drivers injured.
Two truck drivers were injured following a head-on collision on the R28 earlier this morning (Monday, 3 July).
Russel Meiring, ER24 spokesperson said, “Our paramedics found both trucks lying on their sides opposite each other. Both drivers had already climbed out of their vehicles and were found walking around on the scene. The paramedics assessed both men and found that both had sustained moderate injuries. They were transported to Lenmed Hospital for further treatment.”

The exact cause of the collision is not yet known but local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
