Randfontein Police have confirmed a woman was found badly injured and is currently in ICU following yesterday’s brutal attack in Ten Acres.

According to Captain Appel Ernst, the Randfontein Police spokesperson, “It is alleged a 63-year-old woman residing in Ten Acres was found badly injured at about 5.30pm by a family member on Monday. She had severe head injuries and paramedics stabilised her on the scene before she was airlifted to Baragwanath Hospital, where she is currently in the ICU.”
Ernst added, “The circumstances surrounding the incident are vague. Items are missing from the house and a house robbery is under investigation.”
