His journey thus far tells the story of hard work, dedication and a strong will. Within a matter of 22 weeks he managed to lose 45 kg and reach his ideal weight. As he made the difficult shift from being an overweight patient with heart problems to becoming a health-conscious role model, he would like to help others in the same situation.

He recently also signed a contract with a professional modelling agency, something he never even dreamed about.

“I love helping people get into shape. There is nothing better than seeing someone regain their self-confidence. I will try my best to set the best possible example,” Rynhardt said.

As part of his diet he mentioned eating every two hours, eight times a day. Every day he eats 1kg vegetables and 1kg chicken, among other things.

“I educated myself about nutrition. I taught myself what to eat, what not to eat and how it works. Impossible is nothing. It’s just a word and too few people question it. So many people in this country are so negative; they don’t believe in themselves. If everyone just believed in themselves it would be so much better,” Rynhardt added.
