The Herald has been informed that Louisa Koekemoer, mother of murdered 3-year-old Poppie van der Merwe has been arrested approximately an hour ago.
Reports are that she is to face a charge of murder.
Poppie’s stepfather, Kobus Koekemoer, is already in custody for her murder. The Herald‘s reliable source informed us of the turn of events.
