Christmas is an opportunity for families to spend time together; laugh together, play together and celebrate together.

What better way to bond than to invest time and effort in something festive with your child.

There are many things one can do to portray you and your child’s festiveness. One of them is good ol’ Christmas cards that carries the potential to spread the festiveness through the entire family, and this with only three supplies.

This is a very affordable and easy way, not only to make cards, but also to provide your children with a fun activity to keep them busy.

You will need:

– Various colours of paint (own preference)

– Coloured paper

– One child (own preference)

This can be done in only three simple steps:

1. Paint your child’s hand or foot as shown below.

2. Press your child’s hand or foot against the coloured paper.

3. Draw and paint to complete the picture.

This is also a great way for children to learn more about what their hands and feet are able to do and how to be creative with them.
