Two injured in T-bone crash

Two women in their 20s injured in T-bone crash.

Two women, both in their 20s, were injured after one vehicle T-boned another at the N12/ R28 intersection in Westonaria on the morning of Monday 28 November.

According to Russel Meiring, the ER24 spokesperson, “ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene and found both light motor vehicles on the side of the road. One woman was found seated in her vehicle while the other was found walking around on the scene.

“Paramedics assessed the women and found that they had both sustained minor to moderate injuries. The patients were treated for their injuries and thereafter transported to the Carletonville Hospital for further treatment.”

Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
