R500 reward for missing cat

Woman offers R500 reward for finding missing cat.

Yet another pet owner has lost her beloved pet and is offering a small reward for anyone who can reunite the two again.

Sienie Pretorius lost her cat, Gatto, on Saturday, 19 November while on her way to the vet to have the stitches from Gatto’s recent sterilisation operation removed.

According to Pretorius, she was driving from Culemborg Park, and about to cross the Greenhills Avenue traffic lights when she heard several cars hooting at her as she came to a stop at the intersection. Later she found out Gatto was missing and realised the hooting could have been to inform her that her cat had escaped from the car.

She said her cat-carrier’s clasp was broken, which could be how Gatto got out of the carrier and then out of the car.
