#Elections2016: Any idea where your voting station is?

Voting station addresses and mobile routes published.

The Electoral Commission has published the locations of all 22 612 voting stations for the Municipal Elections taking place on 3 August 2016.

The full list of addresses can be viewed on the Electoral Commission’s website: www.elections.org.za. The list of locations of voting stations for each municipality is also available for inspection at the relevant local Electoral Commission office. The routes and times for the 31 mobile voting stations are available on the website as well.

The Electoral Commission would like to remind voters they may only vote at the voting station where they are registered.

If voters are unsure about the address of their voting station, they can check by doing one of the following:
• Dial *120*432#, or
• SMS your ID number to 32810 (at a cost of R1)
• Click on “My Registration Details” on the website
• Call the Electoral Commission Contact Centre on 0800 11 8000 (open from 7 am – 9 pm on weekdays)
