Introducing R’fontein’s Mr SA contestant

Vote to keep him in the running for Mr SA.

Randfontein already has seen two Mrs South Africa contestants and now has a Mr South Africa contestant.

Godfrey Mphatswe has been selected as part of the Mr SA top 50. The announcement was made on 4 May.

Godfrey is not new to pageantry and also ended in the top 10 of Mr Justice South Africa.

He describes himself as a go-getter who is always willing to listen and help others.

He said if he was to be selected as Mr South Africa 2016 he would be an eye, mouthpiece and servant for his fellow South Africans. If he takes the title he promises to tackle issues involving the youth and communities especially in rural areas and lastly to represent South Africa selflessly locally and internationally.

Godfrey has been working with a few of charities including HospiceWits and Save the Children. He also is in the process of putting together a project that will help a local neglected charity which will be revealed at a later stage when all the sponsors are on board.

You can vote for Godfrey by SMSing MRSA044 to 47439. SMSes are charged at R3. Votes at this stage of the competition are important but the judges are the final decision makers.

Godfrey can be followed on Facebook at Godfrey Gee Mphatswe. Twitter: @Frey_Godd. Instagram: Frey_Godd.
