Police may have discovered a new drug doing the rounds on the streets of Westonaria.
According to Selvan Moonsammy, Westonaria Station Commander, they arrested a suspect for dealing in drugs at about 5.30pm last Friday near the dumping site at Libanon.
The suspect was found in possession of 10 packets of methcathinone, which is known on the streets as Cat. Moonsammy explained that 60 tablets of a drug called Bozz also were found in the suspect’s possession.
When the Herald asked if the drug is a new-comer to the streets of Westonaria, Moonsammy said the tablets will be sent to the lab for analysis.
