A 22-year-old woman was brutally stabbed to death by a man in his 30 on Plot 17 in Klein Elandsvlei recently.
According to Captain Appel Ernst, Randfontein Police spokesperson, “At around 11pm on Thursday, 17 March, it is alleged a 36-year-old man went to the victim’s house and called her outside.
According to eyewitnesses the suspect called the victim a witch and then proceeded stabbing her several times in the head with a garden tool.”
“The suspect was found at his place of residence where he was pointed out by eyewitnesses. The suspect was arrested.”
He appeared in court on Tuesday on a charge of murder.
