Two-ingredient homemade ice cream

Celebrate the last of summer with one of its finest treats.

Winter is drawing closer and closer and why not celebrate some of summer’s finest treats before the cold hits?

That’s right, why not make your very own homemade ice cream?

Don’t have an ice cream maker? You don’t even need one. All you need is two ingredients and an electric whisk.

Ingredients:
• Heavy whipping cream
• Condensed milk (hmmmm)

Method:
Pour a carton of whipping cream into a large bowl and mix it until soft peaks begin to form on the top of the cream.

Add one can of condensed milk (after having a spoon for yourself, of course). Mix the two together until thick. Once thick, add any flavouring of your choice.

Freeze it for at least six hours.

Done.
