Linda Killian, a Randfontein singer lent her voice to lovebirds in Krugersdorp for a special Valentine’s Day show at Die Boomhuisie.
Linda was the main act of the night. She and her husband André did not just stay for her performance, they stayed for the cheese and wine spread as well as desserts that the restaurant prepared for couples.
Various other singers performed at the event all singing about their common theme – love. Linda sang Wrap Your Arms Around Me originally by Agnetha Faltskog which she said was her first dance song at her wedding.
Linda explained that Valentine’s Day for her has never been a big thing as her birthday is so close to the romantic holiday that all the celebrating is done on her birthday.
