Ina Meiring: I survived cancer

Cancer survivor: Bad relationships and traumatic events can harm your self-esteem, your inner being and ultimately your health.

Between 1995 and 1999 former Randfontein resident Ina Meiring, 58, lost her kidney and underwent a single mastectomy because of cancer, but she came out stronger.

After she lost her kidney, she walked around for a year, not knowing she had cancer.

Before she got diagnosed for breast cancer, she started doing studies on the holistic approach to health and where cancer and pain originally manifests from.

She herself was involved in a difficult relationship at the time before her cancer was diagnosed and she also was caught in the middle of an armed robbery, was hijacked and nearly lost her life at the hands of a doctor on an operation table.

Ina believes trauma and emotional stress can cause great health issues, such as cancer.

She is also a very spiritual person, who firmly studies the Bible and who has familiarised herself with other religions, because she believes we all go through the same motions.

Ina has been clean (without cancer ) for 16 years now and has not gone back to being tested for cancer in 11 years. She holds onto her faith and believes she is healed.

People get ill because either their spiritual, mental, emotional or physical being is out of balance or not looked after,” she said.

Ina did extensive studies on how the mind works; on Louise Hay philosophies and Reiki.

She empowered herself through many workshops and aims to change the lives of people with similar difficulties through consulting with them. Ina is a Hypnotherapist, a B.A counselor, a Metamorphosis Practitioner and a Life Health coach. She now offers a lot of different self empowering workshops, regression therapy, sacred contracts and Metamorphosis Therapy and training.

Ina Meiring has the sparkle back in her eyes and has many projects planned in her quest to free people from themselves.

Bad relationships and traumatic events can harm your self-esteem, your inner being and ultimately your health.”
