Two people were injured after a vehicle and a trailer veered off the road in high winds about 40km from Bloemfontein on Tuesday morning.
According to Netcare 911 spokesperson, Chris Botha, “Reports indicate the trailer overturned when the vehicle veered into the veld leaving two workers injured.
Paramedics and other services arrived at the scene and found the bakkie, overturned trailer and accident debris scattered over a large area in the veld, the injured were found near the accident site.”
Paramedics treated the injured at the scene before transporting them to a Bloemfontein hospital for the care that they required.
