Stolen goods: Do these look familiar?

Owners urged to identify stolen items to assist with other possible cases of theft.

The Krugersdorp Cluster Trio Task Team have arrested three men in connection with housebreakings, house robberies and possession of stolen property.

Subsequently, the team is urging Randfontein residents who have recently been victims of theft to urgently identify the property that was found in the possession of the suspects.

Lieutenant Colonel Gert Kruger explained the suspects could possibly be linked to other cases. By owners identifying the stolen items, it may assist in the solving of said cases.

The items found in the suspects’ possession included a woman’s devotional bible, bookmarks with the names Helena and Blom written on it and lastly pocket watches and coins.

If the public recognises any of these items they can contact Corrie Erasmus at the Randfontein Police 13 store room alternatively Kruger can be contacted on 084 626 9093 with any information that could assist in the investigation.
