After a viral video showing learners of Laerskool Randfontein (Ram) bullying their fellow pupil was leaked on Youtube, another parent of a bully victim came forward.
The parent wishes not to be named in fear of her son being targeted at the school.
The woman claims to have a son in grade 2 at Ram. She said the recent case of bullying in the school is not the only one. She claims her son was also previously a victim.
“He came home with a blue mark around his eye and the next day he had a blue mark on his thigh,” she said.
She explained that she went to the school to sort it out but was unhappy with the way in which it was dealt with.
“We wanted to take him out of the school but my husband said we should wait until the end of the year.”
