Nap time for CWP workers

'They were sleeping from 10am to 1.30pm'

More Community Workers Project (CWP) employees were allegedly caught not doing their jobs after a resident spotted them sleeping on the sidewalks of Kameel Street in Greenhills late during this past week.

A resident explained to the Herald she witnessed the group of CWP workers sleeping from 10am until around 1pm. The reason for the workers’ presence was to fix the roads.

This comes after the Herald published a photo and complaint by another resident regarding CWP workers basking in the sun and socialising on the pavements early in the week in Westonaria.
