Police are investigating another cruel crime against children after a newborn baby was found in a dustbin in a park in Potchefstroom on Sunday.
According to ER 24 spokesperson, “Paramedics arrived on scene and found that the baby showed no signs of life. The baby was declared dead.”
Authorities were on scene to investigate.
