In April this year Michael Grobler, director of Pest Control West Rand won the Franchisee of the year award at The Specialist National Conference in Polokwane.
Pest Control have over 38 branches countrywide. The West Rand branch have made a killing this year, not only winning the big award, but also the following:
• 1st place for professional business
• 1st place for top turnover
• 3rd place for rand growth
Michael Grobler thanked his team for their hard work and professionalism. He also thanked their customers for their loyal and continued support. Grobler took over the franchise from his father a year ago.
Their vibrant team consists of 53 employees and he has 16 vehicles.
Asked what his motto is,he answered “Get the basics right first and the rest will follow.”
