EFF murder case: Accused granted bail
Murder accused gets off for R5 000 bail.
It was the last bail hearing on 10 March for the suspect accused of murdering an EFF member.
The suspect allegedly stabbed 33-year-old EFF member Monde Kwenyama in front of his one year old son on Christmas Day last year. Kwenyama died later at the Emergency Services Centre.
EFF members and family of the deceased sat anxiously awaiting the judgement.
The accused was granted bail of R5 000. He will now appear at the Randfontein Regional Court on 23 March.
