The court case for murdered EFF member Monde Kweyama has been postponed due to an “unprepared investigating officer”, said regional secretary for Randfontein EFF, Edwin Mukweuho.
He said the accused also applied for bail.
According to Mukweuho they were told the investigating officer had just got back from leave and therefore did not have enough time to look at the case.
Subsequently the case has been postponed to Tuesday 20 January.
