Organisers of the Randfontein Show have confirmed that they have booked some of the country’s top music artists for the 2015 show.
Show coordinator Marcelle Mans said, “We really are going all out with entertainment for next year’s show. The Parlotones, Elvis Blue, Juanita du Plessis, Robbie Wessels, Karlien van Jaarsveld, Nicholis Louw, Juba, Blackbyrd, Heuning and Manie Jackson will be performing in the main entertainment marquee on the A field and we are waiting to confirm over a dozen more artists who will perform in the Kuierskuur.
“We have extended the show to a Sunday for the first time in 29 years and new events include Monster Trucks, kykNET Kokkedore and a laser show. We are happy to welcome back the WWP wrestlers and the Boerboel show.”
The Randfontein Show will be held from Wednesday 4 March to Sunday 8 March at the Greenhills Sport Stadium.
Show organisers have decided to make the cheaper entrance tickets available earlier than usual and discounted tickets will sell at R55 each (adults) from 8 January to 3 March.
These will be available from numerous ticket outlets in Randfontein, Krugersdorp, Westonaria, Carletonville and Fochville.
Early Bird tickets – also R55 – will also be available from Computicket (www.computicket.com) from 8 January to 3 March.
If you buy your tickets at the gates between 4 and 8 March, the following prices will apply:
• Adults: Wednesday and Thursday R60, Friday R70, Saturday and Sunday R80
• Children (6 to 12): R30
• Pensioners (65+ ID must be produced): R30
• Preschoolers: Free of charge
