A man dressed in pink was recently spotted begging for money near Uncle Harry’s Roadhouse at the corner of Randfontein Road and Homestead Avenue for a good cause.
When times are tough, you have to get creative and that’s exactly what a soon to be married couple, Armand Wolmerans and Martie Lottering did. Dressed up in pink with fluffy wings and make-up the soon to be newlyweds’ aim was to collect some extra money for the wedding.
People chuckled when they drove by and the couple was even quick with a joke or two for the drivers who waited at the red light.
Armand and Martie will tie the knot on Saturday 6 December in Randfontein.
