Parau’s alleged killers denied bail

The three men arrested for the murder of Vincent Parau have been denied bail.

The three men accused of the murder of Vincent Parau were denied bail in the Randfontein Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (25 November).

Parau, 63, was shot and killed at his home in Middelvlei on Wednesday 22 October when he and his wife, Corrie, came home after a night out with friends.

Randfontein Police spokesperson Captain Appel Ernst confirmed, “The three accused did apply for bail but were denied by the court.

“The case has been postponed until Thursday 11 December.”
