Lenmed Hospital welcomes new manager

Newly appointed Leoni Beaurain is looking to shape up things at Lenmed Private Hospital.

With 30 years’ experience in the industry, newly appointed hospital manager at Lenmed Private Hospital in Randfontein, Leoni Beaurain is determined to shape up things and make a difference in the community.

According to Beaurain she grew fond of the hospital environment soon in life.

“For the past 30 years I have been working in private hospitals all over South Africa, but for half of that time, I dedicated my work and knowledge as a hospital manager,” she says.

She adds that in November 2013 she was appointed by Lenmed Health as the hospital manager for special projects. Her first special project as part of this group was at Lenmed Private Hospital in Daxina, Lenasia.

“After I shaped up the workflow and administration in Daxina, Lenmed Health moved me to their new Randfontein hospital.

“It is my goal to shape up this hospital and guarantee top class medical help for the community of Randfontein.”

Beaurain effectively started working at Lenmed Randfontein on 1 July and since then, she already addressed several problems in the hospital.

“I am determined to make Lenmed Randfontein one of the most prestigious hospitals. Therefore I have an open-door policy and any member of the community who wants to complain, compliment or make any suggestions are welcome to contact me at any time,” says Beaurain.

“To shape up and manage hospitals with precision is my forte and I cannot wait to be part of the success of the Randfontein community.”
