One of the Randfontein Christian Academy‘s (RCA) pupils, Lizzy Botha recently took part at the Gauteng Amateur Youth Boxing Championships and did extremely well during this prestigious tournament.
According to Lizzy, she took part in the 66 – 70 kilogram category and came in second over all, ensuring her of a well-deserved silver medal.
“I am very proud of my accomplishments and I want to thank my coach, Willie Consalves from Randgate Amateur Boxing Club for all the time he spent training and preparing me for this event,” says Lizzy.
