A 28-year-old woman was found dead in her house recently in Brandvlei.
This after she was hit with an unknown object which is believed to have led to her death.
According to Randfontein SAPS spokesperson Appel Ernst, the police cannot disclose detailed information with regards to the incident as yet because the matter is still under investigation.
“From what we understand, the woman had a telephone conversation with her husband earlier on and it is unclear as to what transpired thereafter.
“We were informed that a neighbour discovered her body after he called to her for some time with no response,” says Ernst.
She adds that during their investigation at the scene, two small children were also found inside the woman’s home but they were unharmed.
