A local business man has become the latest victim of house robbery in Randfontein on 4 February.
According to Randfontein SAPS spokesperson, Captain Appel Ernst, the man was confronted by two armed men as he came out of the house.
The men forced him back into the house and demanded money.
They ransacked the house and took numerous items including electronic equipment and cellphones.
The suspects managed to flee from the scene on foot.
“Fortunately no shots were fired no injuries were sustained by the victim.
“Warrant Officer Bongani Mpete is investigating the case and he can be contacted with any relevant information on 011 278 8100,” says Ernst.
