Good news for motorists is that the price of petrol will drop at midnight tonight by a staggering 28 cents per litre.
This is the second drop in fuel prices since October and will result in many a motorist heaving a sigh of relief in the run-up to the Festive Season.
The price of petrol will now be R13,02 cents per litre.
According to local motorist Tusani Mokoena, he welcomes the drop in the petrol price and says that it comes at the right time.
“I’m sure I speak for other motorists when I say that we are thrilled about the drop in the petrol price in two consecutive months.
“Especially with the approaching Festive Season. We can all do with a few extra bucks in our pockets.”
