Carryou enjoys great success as an NGO and explains the drive behind this success.
The past year has seen Carryou Ministry consolidate and grow, despite difficult financial times and many challenges.
General Manager, Reverend Lawrence Mabaso, believes a great deal of the organisation’s success can be attributed to adopting and adhering to five fundamental principles that drive the organisation.
“These drivers are the foresight to advance the well being of adults, as well as children affected materially and emotionally by the departure of the parental support system,” he says.
“Furthermore, the undertaking to provide service excellence to clients in a holistic way, partnering and cooperating with like-minded service providers to help meet the needs of orphans, vulnerable children and sick patients contributed to our success.
“Lastly, the motivation to provide commitment, love, consideration, active listening, integrity and the best possible service to clients and being mindful and aware of the importance of strategic plans to help achieve the agreed-upon constitutional goals were major factors in our success the past year,” says Lawrence.
