Three criminals were caught red handed after stealing a crate of cool drinks in Fedler Street in Aureus on 11 August at approximately 5:58pm
According to EPR Operations Manager Mac van Zyl, they received a panic alarm from one of their clients and immediately dispatched reaction officers Shaun McGee and Charl Kruger to the scene.
“Upon arrival at the scene, the officers were given a description of the suspects and they launched a search.
“Just shortly after this, they spotted the suspects and immediately gave chase,”
“The officers managed to catch up to the suspects in Homelake and arrested them,” says van Zyl..
He adds that the suspects were found with the stolen items in their possession and handed over to the Randfontein SAPS for further investigation.
