Be aware: Road closure between Venterspos and Westonaria
Motorists have been advised to use alternative routes as the main road between Venterspos and Westonaria has been closed until further notice.
Rand West City Local Municipality has confirmed that Van der Bijl Street between Venterspos and Westonaria has been closed to motorists.
Municipal spokesperson Phillip Montshiwa stated, “We strongly advise people to avoid using this road because of a large sinkhole. We kindly request everyone to find alternative routes and stay informed about any further updates from the municipality.”
